Sorry it took me so long to post the pics from Red Widow and the HUGE news about Call of Duty but I wan out of town and didn’t have my computer with me.

From the Red Widow photos: OMG! LOVE THE HAIR!! The 80’s look is a bit too 80’s (I guess it’s meant to be like that) but the styling is gorgeous! Great job!

I’m not much of a gamer so I don’t know exactly the magnitude of the Call of Duty news but curiously, Erin’s co-star in Power Rangers Time Force, Jason Faunt, recently did the body motion capture for Leo on Resident Evil 6.

Also, I saw “Beverly Hills Chihuahua 3” and I hope it’s the last one, because much as I love Erin, I have no intention of watching another movie from that series. It’s entertaining and stupid and clearly impossible at the same time and demands too much suspension of reality from the viewer, which makes it unbearable. Erin, however, is flawless, although I maintain that she’s much better at drama than comedy. There’s this one scene when her character Rachel is walking all over the hotel kitchen going: “Hi! I’m Rachel! I work here too!!” and I can totally imagine Erin doing that in every set she has ever worked in.

Also, to wrap up the news: Erin will be headlining a new comedy, I’ve already said I don;t like her doing comedy much but whatever we get is fine, called “Wingman inc.” which if I’m allowed an honest opinion looks doomed to failure soon after it is released. I hope I’m wrong.

So, erin has her hands full at the moment, like they said, at least she’s getting paid and she’s doing what she loves.

I’ll continue to support her from this little corner of the world, doing what I can.

The source of all these news (and all future news) is Erin’s Facebook page and her Twitter account, like her and follow her, she’s only 5 likes away from 5000!

We don’t know much about the plot of Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, and we especially don’t know anything about any female characters in the upcoming game. That’s partly because Activision is being so secretive with the details—but it’s also because there’s never really been a female character in a Call of Duty game before.

We’ve no idea why that is, and neither does Erin Cahill, the actress who’ll be playing the first-ever femaleCoD character in Black Ops 2. She couldn’t reveal much about the character—like we said, they’re beingextra secretive—but we did get to chat about gamer-guy culture, working with the Black Ops team at Treyarch, and more. Check it out.

In The Light of Shadows Screencaps - part 1

In The Light of Shadow is a short film in which Erin stars as a girl who is trying to close the gap between her crazed brother and her grumpy father, which proves to be an impossible task for neither would listen to reason.

I think this short film is beautiful and I absolutely adored Erin’s performance in it, it was so touching, Drama is really her thing. She’s awesome at it.

Blue Eyed Butcher Screencaps - part 2

Screencaps from Blue-eyed Butcher- part 1

Blue eyed butcher was premiered earlier this year, March, and is about the story of Susan Wright, a young woman whose fairytale-like love story turns into a nightmare when her husband turns abusive and she has to resort to extreme methods to escape him.

Erin plays Susan’s sister, who was the one who originally encouraged her to approach the man who would become her husband.

The movie is watchable, the story is very interesting and I liked the performances. Erin is barely in a few scenes but she rocks them, as usual.

I just wanted to mention how envious I feel of those of you who got to spend this weekend either at Power Morphicon 2012 or watching Power Rangers Time Force in what I’m sure was better quality than the files I have.

Here’s a photo that ABC’s Body of Proof actress, Dana Delaney, posted on her Twitter page of Erin at their table read. Fun fact: the glasses were Erin’s idea; they’re non-prescription. Looks like the producers decided to keep ‘em! :) We’ll let you know when this episode airs in midseason.
